Mariyah Zahid is a certified Speech & Language Therapist with a strong academic background in Speech Language Therapy and Audiology. As the founder of Words and Beyond ASLT, she is passionate about helping individuals improve communication and achieve greater confidence in their daily lives.

With over five years of experience as both a lecturer and practicing therapist, Mariyah Zahid has worked with well-known institutions including Ziauddin University and the Karachi Down Syndrome Program. Her professional journey also includes private practice and online therapy, allowing her to support a diverse range of clients.
She is certified in Talk Tools and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), specializing in speech, language, and feeding therapy. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs, whether working with children or adults.
Mariyah is dedicated to empowering her clients by improving their communication skills, helping them express themselves with clarity, confidence, and independence.
